Almond Collagen Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

· 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

· 1 scoop collagen protein powder (unflavored or vanilla)

· 1 tablespoon almond butter

· 1/2 avocado (for creaminess)

· 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds

· 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

· 1-2 tablespoons of low-carb sweetener (like stevia or erythritol) if desired

· Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker smoothie)

· Optional: a handful of spinach for added greens

  Instructions:

Prepare the Ingredients:

Measure out all ingredients. If using avocado, scoop out the flesh.

Blend the Smoothie:

In a blender, combine the almond milk, collagen protein powder, almond butter, avocado, chia seeds or flaxseeds, and vanilla extract (if using).

Add the low-carb sweetener if you prefer a sweeter taste.

Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk. If you prefer it thicker, add ice cubes and blend again.

Serve:

Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy it immediately for the best texture and flavor.
